Solas Venice

Two blocks from the boardwalk on Abbot Kinney’s quiet end.

Our first room and still the loudest heartbeat. The Main Room holds 18 mats under old beams; the Hot Room runs the 26-and-2 at a steady 95F. Showers, mat storage, and a water refill that earns its keep.

The rooms

• Main Room — 18 mats. Vinyasa, Beginners, Yin, Restorative, Rocket. Bamboo floors, high ceilings, natural light from the north wall.
• Hot Room — 14 mats. Hot 26 daily at 6:30 and 18:00. Maintained at 95F with managed humidity.

Practical

Street parking is real but patient. Bikes welcome inside the gate. Hours follow the schedule; doors open 20 minutes before class.

Showers and changing rooms for all. Mat wash station by the exit. Filtered water refill at the front desk, bring your bottle.
