Solas Yoga takes your privacy seriously. This page covers what data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you create an account or book a class, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers). When you use the site, we collect standard server logs including IP address and browser type. If you contact us via the form, we keep that correspondence.

Why we collect it

Account information: to run your membership, process bookings, and send class reminders. Payment information: to charge for and manage your membership or drop-ins. Server logs: to keep the site running and secure. Contact correspondence: to answer your question.

Who we share it with

Stripe processes payments. Mailgun sends transactional emails. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever. We do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Account data: as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after. Payment records: as required by tax law. Server logs: 30 days rolling. Contact emails: up to two years.

Your rights

You can see, download, correct, or delete your data at any time. Use the link below to make a data subject request and we will respond within 30 days.
