Three neighborhoods, four rooms, one approach. Each studio runs the full class schedule; what changes is the feel of the place and which teachers call it home.

• Solas Venice — Two blocks from the boardwalk on Abbot Kinney’s quiet end. Main Room and Hot Room.
• Solas Encinitas — Morning light, ocean air, and one very good room. The prenatal program’s home base.
• Solas Santa Cruz — Where the redwoods meet the surf. Big main room, movement room, tea bar.
