Our classes
Eight ways into the same practice. If you are not sure where to start, the Beginners Series is the front door, and Restorative is the soft landing.
New to yoga? Start with Beginners Series or Restorative. Both are designed for beginners and have options throughout. Walk-ins welcome when the room isn’t full, but booking takes twenty seconds and guarantees your mat.
Vinyasa Flow
Breath-led movement that builds heat and ends quiet. Our most popular class. All levels with options throughout. Expect a mix of standing poses, balances, and a floor sequence, all tied together by the breath.
Hot 26
The classic 26-and-2 sequence in a 95F room. Same series every time, which is exactly the point. Bring water and a towel. The repetition is the practice; your progress shows up week to week with nowhere to hide.
Yin
Long, supported holds that work the deep tissue. Three minutes can feel like a long time in the best way. Props throughout. Quieter than most classes and quieter than most days.
Restorative
Props, blankets, and almost no effort. The class your nervous system has been asking for. Five or six poses in 75 minutes. The work is in the letting go.
Beginners Series
Four weeks, small group, zero assumed knowledge. Learn the shapes, the names, and how to set up your mat without guessing. Runs on a rolling intake. Book the first session and we will save your spot in the series.
Prenatal
Steady, supported practice for every trimester, taught by specialists. Partners welcome on workshop days. Priya leads this program out of Encinitas; contact us before booking your first class.
Rocket
Faster, stronger, playful. Arm balances will be offered. Gravity will be negotiated. Built on an Ashtanga foundation but faster and less linear. Diego teaches most Rocket classes at Venice and Santa Cruz.
Mom & Baby
Bring the baby, feed the baby, move when you can. Crying is fine. Yours included. A low-pressure postnatal class that understands new parents do not have two hands free most of the time.
