Willow Hayes
Willow trained in bodywork before she trained in yoga, and that sequencing shows in everything she teaches. She understands how tissue responds to sustained pressure, why the hips hold what the shoulders drop, and how long three minutes really is when you stop fighting it.
Her Yin classes are the quietest thing on the schedule and the ones people return to most. The room goes somewhere in ninety minutes. Willow just holds the space for it.
Her Restorative class is sometimes described as the most useful hour in a person’s week. The work is in the letting go, and she is good at persuading you it is worth trying.
Willow brings the room down two notches just by walking in. Book her when you have had a hard week, or when the hard week is just a regular Tuesday.
